Manage your PowerSEC subscription from Dashboard → Billing.

Viewing your plan

The Billing page shows each site's plan, storage usage, restore points used, and Active Until date.

Upgrading a site

  1. Click Change package on the site card
  2. Select the new plan
  3. Choose monthly or annual billing
  4. Complete the Stripe checkout
  5. Upgrade takes effect immediately

Canceling a site plan

  1. Click Cancel on the site card
  2. Choose a reason
  3. Confirm — your site keeps its paid features until the end of the current billing period
  4. After the period ends, the site reverts to Free

Resuming after cancel

If you changed your mind before the period ends, click Resume plan on the site card. The cancellation is undone and renewal continues normally.

Changing payment method

Billing → Payment methods → Add new → set as default. We use Stripe; we never see your card number.

Failed payments

We retry 3 times over 7 days. You receive email notifications. After 7 days your account enters a grace period (14 days). Update your payment method to restore access.

Refunds

Monthly plans: 7-day refund window after first charge. Annual plans: 14-day window. Email info@powersec.io to request a refund. See Refund policy for full details.
