PowerSEC offers a 14-day free trial for eligible Pro Protection subscriptions. After the first paid charge, monthly plans may be refunded within 7 days and annual plans within 14 days. Refunds are intended for first-time purchases only.

Refunds are not generally available for partial billing periods, completed renewals outside the refund window, or accounts with substantial backup storage, restore activity, or abuse. Billing mistakes, duplicate charges, or confirmed service failures will always be reviewed and may be refunded or credited.

You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

What happens when you cancel

When you cancel, your site reverts to Free at the end of the billing period. Your data and free-tier features remain intact โ€” cloud backups, live scans, and bulk actions stop.
